Sproutly Acquires Assets of CannaHive Inc.

Sproutly Canada, Inc. has acquired the primary assets of CannaHive Inc., giving Sproutly pharmaceutical-grade, fully automated equipment to produce cannabis edibles (gummies and chocolates) at scale. The asset acquisition gives Sproutly in-house manufacturing capability and improved economics to support a national launch of its whole-plant confectionary products in Canada.

BevCanna Enterprises Acquires Naturally Pure Therapy Products Corp.

BevCanna Enterprises Inc. entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire Naturally Pure Therapy Products Corp., a direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer of natural health, nutraceutical and hemp-based CBD products. BevCanna will issue 30,000,000 common shares (deemed $0.20 per share; total deemed consideration C$6,000,000) in exchange for all issued and outstanding securities of Pure Therapy, providing BevCanna with an established e-commerce platform, ~22,000 customers and recurring subscription revenue to support launch and expansion of hemp-based CBD beverages into North America and Western Europe.

4Front Ventures Acquires Island Cannabis Co.

4Front Ventures Corp. announced a definitive agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of Island Cannabis Co., a California-based producer of pre-rolls, flower and concentrates. The acquisition is intended to accelerate 4Front's California expansion by integrating Island's brands and team into 4Front's large Commerce manufacturing facility to drive scale, reduce production costs and expand retail distribution.

Organigram Acquires Collective Project Limited to Enter U.S. Hemp-Derived THC Beverage Market

Organigram Global Inc. acquired 100% of Collective Project Limited for approximately C$6.2 million upfront, with milestone and earnout payments linked to future beverage revenue that could bring total contingent consideration to C$24 million. The deal gives Organigram an immediate footprint in the U.S. hemp-derived THC beverage market and accelerates its entry into the cannabis beverage category in Canada by adding Collective Project’s ready-to-drink hemp/cannabis beverage portfolio and existing U.S. retail listings.

First Bev and Manna Tree Acquire Controlling Stake in Health-Ade
