Anthem, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Puerto Rico-based MMM Holdings, LLC and its Medicare Advantage plan MMM Healthcare, LLC, along with affiliated companies, from InnovaCare Health, L.P. The transaction expands Anthem's Medicare and Medicaid membership and strengthens its integrated, value-based care presence in Puerto Rico, where MMM serves hundreds of thousands of MA and Medicaid members.

Invincible Entertainment Acquires YTA Broadcast Network
