TenCate Grass Acquires Sports & Leisure Group from Sun European Affiliate

TenCate Grass Holding B.V. has acquired Sports & Leisure Group (SLG), a vertically integrated artificial turf systems manufacturer headquartered in Sint‑Niklaas, Belgium. The shares were sold by an affiliate of Sun European Partners; former SLG shareholders, including the Sun European affiliate, will reinvest part of the sale proceeds into TenCate. The deal expands TenCate's geographic footprint and Outdoor Living portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America.

The deal expands Sports Endeavors' presence in the U.S. Northeast and Mid-Atlantic while integrating Ewing Sports' founders and local operations into the broader Soccer.com platform.

Endeavor Acquires Full Ownership of On Location and Endeavor China

Endeavor Group Holdings announced that On Location and Endeavor China are now wholly owned subsidiaries after subsidiary-level investors — including the NFL’s 32 Equity, Sequoia Capital China, Tencent, and affiliates of FountainVest — converted their subsidiary equity into equity in parent company Endeavor. The transactions are intended to fully integrate the businesses into Endeavor’s network to streamline management and create operational efficiencies across live events, hospitality and China-focused entertainment operations.

SGHC Limited ("Super Group"), the holding company of online sports betting brand Betway and online casino Spin, closed its business combination with Sports Entertainment Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: SEAH). As a result of the transaction SEAH merged into Super Group, with Super Group as the surviving corporation and its ordinary shares and public warrants expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbols SGHC and SGHC WS.

Sports Endeavors Acquires Soccer Master

Sports Endeavors, the parent company of Soccer.com and WorldSoccerShop (and a portfolio company of Seawall Capital), has acquired Soccer Master, a St. Louis–area soccer specialty retailer with six stores and online operations. The acquisition will keep Soccer Master retail locations operating under their name while transitioning Soccer Master’s online businesses to Soccer.com to expand Soccer.com’s fulfillment and Midwest presence.
