Carisk Partners, an MBF Healthcare Partners II portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of Advanced Claims Review Specialists (ACRS), a medical cost containment firm that performs evidence-based analysis of medical bills and records. The deal expands Carisk's capabilities in hospital and medical fee negotiation and enhances its ability to manage billed charges in catastrophic workers' compensation cases.
