Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare (DDH) acquired Mobility Designed, Inc.'s full portfolio of products, including the M+D Comfort Crutch, and will integrate the company's industrial design expertise into DDH’s operations. Mobility Designed co-founder Max Younger will join DDH as Senior Director of Industrial Design & Innovation to support product launches and drive design-led innovation across DDH’s medical equipment lineup. The acquisition expands DDH’s product portfolio and in-house design capabilities to enhance patient outcomes.

National Seating & Mobility Acquires PG Surg Med in British Columbia

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has acquired PG Surg Med, a regional mobility provider with locations in Prince George, Kelowna, Kamloops and Vernon, positioning NSM as the largest provider of mobility solutions in British Columbia and marking its first entry into the province's Northern Region. PG Surg Med founders Russell and Sandy Pratt will remain in leadership roles following the acquisition.

MobilityWorks Acquires IMED Mobility

MobilityWorks has acquired IMED Mobility, adding seven locations and expanding MobilityWorks' footprint into Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, South Dakota and strengthening its presence in Wisconsin. The deal increases MobilityWorks' network to 92 locations across 31 states and adds IMED's sales, rental and adaptive equipment capabilities to its service offering.

Etac Acquires Ki Mobility

MidEuropa Acquires Majority Stake in the MBL Group

MidEuropa has acquired a majority stake in the MBL Group, a leading European contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) for assisted mobility, rehabilitation and aged-care equipment. INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund has fully exited its shareholding while the Lauritsen family has reinvested and CEO Martin Lauritsen will continue to lead the business as MidEuropa supports international growth and capability expansion. MBL employs approximately 1,700 people across Europe and Asia and holds over 100 registered patents.

PDSG combines All4Golf (Hanover, Germany) and Clubhouse Golf (Manchester, UK), employs approximately 140 people across the group, and BU plans to partner with management to drive organic and inorganic growth and further internationalisation.
