Aramark has signed an agreement to acquire Next Level Hospitality, a provider of culinary and environmental services to the senior living sector. Next Level generated approximately $160 million of revenue LTM (ending March 31, 2021) and will operate as a separate division within Aramark's Healthcare business; terms were not disclosed.

Denver-based Evermore Partners and Ridgefield-based New Castle Hotels & Resorts acquired the Montana Marriott Portfolio in downtown Missoula, Montana, comprising a 105-key AC Hotel by Marriott, a 175-key Residence Inn by Marriott, and The Mercantile (approx. 20,000 sq. ft. of retail). The co-sponsors said the acquisition expands their presence in the Rocky Mountain region and broadens New Castle's management platform to the West.

Marriott Vacations Worldwide Acquires Welk Resorts for Approximately $430 Million

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Welk Resorts, a family-owned timeshare and resort operator, for approximately $430 million, including stock. The deal expands MVW’s Hyatt Residence Club footprint by adding eight upper-upscale resorts (nearly 1,400 keys) and ~55,000 owners, and is expected to close in early Q2 2021 subject to customary approvals.
