The Starco Group Acquires Blue Cross Laboratories

The Starco Group (TSG) has acquired Blue Cross Laboratories (BCL), a 60-year-old personal care and household chemical manufacturer based in Santa Clarita, California. The deal (price undisclosed) brings BCL's 105,000-square-foot liquid-fill manufacturing facility into TSG's portfolio while BCL will continue to operate as a stand-alone business and offer TSG's broader product portfolio to its customers.

PLZ Aeroscience Acquires Champion Brands

PLZ Aeroscience Corporation, a Pritzker Private Capital-backed specialty aerosol and liquid products manufacturer, acquired Champion Brands, LLC, a long-standing maker of specialty lubricants headquartered in Clinton, Missouri. The deal expands PLZ's automotive and industrial product capabilities by adding Champion's ~300-product portfolio and a 450,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility; financial terms were not disclosed.

Harbour Group Acquires Americo Chemical Products

Harbour Group, a privately owned operations-focused investment company based in St. Louis, acquired Americo Chemical Products, a specialty chemical manufacturer headquartered in Elgin, Illinois. The founder Chris Bozin will remain as CEO; Harbour Group said the acquisition will help Americo scale in its existing markets while expanding its product offering and end‑market applications.

Spraying Systems Co. Acquires Cloud Company

Graco Inc. Acquires Corob S.p.A.

Graco Inc. has completed its acquisition of Italy-headquartered Corob S.p.A. for €230 million plus up to €30 million in contingent consideration. Corob, a global designer and manufacturer of volumetric and gravimetric dispensing, mixing and shaking equipment for paint tinting, reported €110 million of revenue in 2023 and has more than 600 employees worldwide.

Chase Corporation Acquires NuCera Solutions from SK Capital for $250M

Chase Corporation (NYSE American: CCF) completed the acquisition of NuCera Solutions from funds advised by SK Capital Partners for $250.0 million, subject to working capital adjustments. The deal expands Chase's specialty polymers and polymerization technology capabilities, broadening its product portfolio and end-market reach while integrating NuCera into Chase's Adhesives, Sealants and Additives reporting unit.
