Rentokil Terminix Acquires Four U.S. Wildlife Service Brands

Rentokil Terminix has acquired four U.S.-based wildlife service companies — Apex Wildlife Solutions, Barnes Wildlife Control, Conserv Pest & Wildlife Services, and Wildman Wildlife Removal & Exclusion — to strengthen its wildlife removal, exclusion and remediation capabilities. The acquisitions expand Rentokil Terminix’s local service footprint across Texas, Ohio, Alabama and North Carolina and add specialized teams focused on humane removal and attic/insulation remediation.

Waynes Pest Control (an Anticimex company) Acquires Donnie's Total Pride Pest Control

Waynes Pest Control, an Anticimex company, has acquired Donnie's Total Pride Pest Control, a family-owned pest control business based in Port St. Joe, Florida. The deal expands Waynes' footprint in the Florida Panhandle and increases its customer base to more than 150,000 across Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and the Florida Panhandle.

Arrow Exterminators Acquires McKenzie Pest Control (Lake Charles, LA)

The deal represents Arrow's first location in Louisiana and will see McKenzie operate as Stark Exterminators while the McKenzie team members remain with Arrow.

Clark Pest Control Acquires Oxley Pest Control

Arrow Exterminators Acquires Apex Pest Control, Inc.

Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators has acquired Rockledge, Florida-headquartered Apex Pest Control, Inc., adding offices across Florida and expanding Arrow's footprint in the state. Apex serves roughly 25,000 residential and commercial customers, with about 78 employees and 2021 revenue just under $10 million; all Apex team members and the management team will remain with the business.
