Waynes Pest Control Acquires Kirkland's Pest Control

Birmingham-based Waynes Pest Control, part of the Anticimex family, has acquired Kirkland's Pest Control of Fayetteville, Tennessee. The transaction expands Waynes' footprint across Middle and East Tennessee and North Alabama, adding multiple Kirkland's service locations and customers to Waynes' regional operations.

Viking Pest Control (an Anticimex company) Acquires Last Bite Mosquito Control and Total Home Pest Control

Modern Pest Services, a New England pest and termite control provider owned by Anticimex, has acquired Envirocare Pest Control, a Watertown, Connecticut-based pest and termite services business founded in 1998. Envirocare's team of more than 20 service professionals will join Modern Pest Services to strengthen Modern's presence and capacity in western Connecticut; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal closed October 5, 2025.

Arrow Exterminators Acquires The Pestop
