Waynes Pest Control (an Anticimex company) Acquires Donnie's Total Pride Pest Control

Waynes Pest Control, an Anticimex company, has acquired Donnie's Total Pride Pest Control, a family-owned pest control business based in Port St. Joe, Florida. The deal expands Waynes' footprint in the Florida Panhandle and increases its customer base to more than 150,000 across Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and the Florida Panhandle.

Modern Pest Services Acquires Guardian Pest Control

Modern Pest Services, an Anticimex company, has acquired Guardian Pest Control, a Plainville, Connecticut-based pest and termite control business founded in 1997. The Aust Group represented owner Fred Markowich in the deal, which closed in December (terms undisclosed); Guardian operates primarily in central Connecticut with roughly 20 staff and serves residential and commercial clients.

Modern Pest Services (Anticimex) Acquires Envirocare Pest Control

Modern Pest Services, a New England pest and termite control provider owned by Anticimex, has acquired Envirocare Pest Control, a Watertown, Connecticut-based pest and termite services business founded in 1998. Envirocare's team of more than 20 service professionals will join Modern Pest Services to strengthen Modern's presence and capacity in western Connecticut; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal closed October 5, 2025.

Anticimex Enters Texas with Acquisition of SafeHaven, Abby's Pest & Termite, and Metro Guard
