Pittsburgh-based private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has partnered with Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control, a Austin, Texas-based provider of environmentally-conscious mosquito and general pest control services. Incline will support Barefoot's growth through investments in marketing, technician recruiting and training, and strategic M&A and greenfield expansion into new geographies.

The add‑on expands PestCo's presence in the Houston metropolitan market; terms were not disclosed. The sellers are owners Pierre Riettini and Jason Pitman.

Fairway Corp has expanded its national residential services platform by acquiring six regional lawn, tree and pest service businesses: Eastern Exterminating, Southern Care Lawn and Pest, Mencer's Tree Service, Agape Lawn Company, Arbor Bay Tree & Landscaping, and Scientific Plant Service. The acquisitions extend Fairway’s geographic footprint across Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and the Chesapeake Bay region and broaden its tree, turf, plant-health, landscaping and pest service capabilities.
