Carco PRP Acquires T&E Industries

Carco PRP Ltd., through its U.S. subsidiary Columbia Holdings, Inc., has acquired T&E Industries Inc., a New Jersey-based provider of glass-to-metal seals and hermetic sealing solutions. The deal — for which PCE Investment Bankers served as exclusive advisor to T&E — preserves T&E's management team and is intended to expand Carco's capabilities and footprint in mission-critical markets such as aerospace & defense, semiconductors, and medical equipment.

Trelleborg Group, through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business area, has signed an agreement to acquire Aero-Plastics Inc., a Renton, Washington-based manufacturer of precision injection-molded and thermoformed high-performance polymer components for the aerospace interiors market. The acquisition — expected to close in Q2 2025 — expands Trelleborg's thermoplastics and interiors capabilities, adds capacity and customer relationships, and is intended to generate sales synergies within its aerospace offering.
