Landscape Workshop, a Birmingham-based commercial grounds management platform backed by Carousel Capital and McKinney Capital, has acquired the commercial landscaping/maintenance operations of All American Lawn & Tree Specialist in the Tampa, Florida market. The deal expands Landscape Workshop's presence in Tampa (its fourth acquisition in the area) while All American will continue to operate its residential business under the AALTS name.

Ares Management Acquires Majority Stake in Landscape Workshop

Carousel Capital, which invested in Landscape Workshop in 2020, sold a majority position but will retain a significant stake; Ares intends to provide capital to expand the company’s regional footprint and scale through strategic acquisitions.
