Gemini Investors announced investments in two new platform companies: Little Newtons, a five-location early childhood education operator based in Plymouth, Minnesota, and Aero Bending Company, a Palmdale, California-based precision tube-bending and CNC machining supplier to aerospace OEMs. Both transactions are described as platform investments by Gemini to build out businesses in early childhood education and aerospace manufacturing.

Gemini will partner with ASC's management to support the company's manufacturing operations across defense, aerospace, automotive, medical and industrial end markets and will operate The Cable Company as a consumer-facing e-commerce business serving audiophiles.
