The deal integrates scheduling, management, and RSI capabilities into Boostlingo’s on-demand interpretation platform and keeps the acquired founders in senior roles to accelerate product and geographic expansion.

Straker Translations Acquires Lingotek

New Zealand-based Straker Translations (ASX: STG) has acquired Lingotek, a Lehi, Utah–based translation management system (TMS) and language services provider, in a cash-and-stock transaction. The deal brings Lingotek's SaaS TMS, enterprise customers (including Oracle and Nike), and U.S. team into Straker's AI-powered RAY platform to accelerate Straker's expansion in the U.S. and broaden its technology and service capabilities. 7 Mile Advisors acted as exclusive sell-side advisor and Lingotek's investor Signal Peak Ventures was a selling party.

Voxy Acquires Fluentify

Busuu Acquires Verbling to Add Live Video Tutoring

Busuu acquired San Francisco–based live video tutoring platform Verbling in a double-digit million dollar deal to add live 1:1 tutoring to its AI-powered language-learning product. The acquisition brings Verbling's team and pre-vetted teachers into Busuu and will power a new Busuu Live offering for both consumer users and corporate clients.
