goFLUENT has acquired the business operations of Germany-based Learnship Networks GmbH to strengthen its enterprise language training and assessment capabilities. The deal adds more than 500 qualified trainers (bringing goFLUENT’s trainer base to ~1,500), expands goFLUENT’s footprint in Germany, and integrates Learnship’s customers into goFLUENT’s enterprise integrations and AI-powered learning platform.

Busuu Acquires Verbling to Add Live Video Tutoring
