Drew Technologies, an Opus IVS division of Opus Group AB, acquired AutoEnginuity, LLC — an aftermarket automotive diagnostics software provider headquartered in Mesa, Arizona — for approximately USD 20 million on a cash‑free, debt‑free basis. The acquisition expands Opus IVS's vehicle diagnostics and communication capabilities and adds coverage for 56 vehicle brands, intended to strengthen Opus' DrivePro/DriveCrash offerings and increase Opus' EBITA.
