Quickparts Acquires Xcentric Mold & Engineering

Quickparts, a portfolio company of Trilantic North America, has acquired Xcentric Mold & Engineering to expand its on-demand manufacturing capabilities. The acquisition brings Xcentric's injection molding, CNC machining and rapid prototyping capacity (nearly 100 employees and ~60,000 sq ft in Clinton Township, Michigan) into Quickparts' platform; terms were not disclosed.
