EPTAM Precision Solutions Acquires Mendell Machine and Manufacturing

The deal expands EPTAM’s implant manufacturing capabilities and automation expertise, creating a one-stop shop for high-precision metal and plastic medical device components.

Repligen Acquires Engineered Molding Technology

Repligen Corporation agreed to acquire Engineered Molding Technology (EMT), an Albany, New York manufacturer of single-use silicone assemblies, connectors and tubing used in biologic drug manufacturing. The purchase expands Repligen’s single-use ProConnex flow-path capabilities, streamlines its supply chain for ATF, and aims to deliver faster lead-times and a more integrated offering for biopharma and CDMO customers; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q3 2020.

Quickparts Acquires Xcentric Mold & Engineering

The acquisition brings Xcentric's injection molding, CNC machining and rapid prototyping capacity (nearly 100 employees and ~60,000 sq ft in Clinton Township, Michigan) into Quickparts' platform; terms were not disclosed.

Resonetics Acquires Eden Holdings to Add Injection Molding and Precision Tooling
