Rosewood Private Investments portfolio company Eagle Fire Inc. has acquired Sisco Safety, a Charlotte-based provider of fire protection, inspection, testing, and life-safety services. The transaction is an add-on to Eagle Fire’s platform to expand its inspection, testing, service and construction capabilities across the Carolinas and broader Southeast.
