Rosewood Private Investments' portfolio company Eagle Fire Inc. has acquired Carlton-Gray Systems and Teem Sprinkler as add-on acquisitions to expand its fire protection platform across the Southeast. The deals add local fire alarm, sprinkler design, installation, inspection and maintenance capabilities in the Richmond, VA and Winston-Salem, NC markets; financial terms and sellers were not disclosed.
