Eagle Fire Inc., a Rosewood Private Investments portfolio company, has acquired Viking Fire Protection, Inc., a regional full-service fire protection provider serving the Carolinas. The acquisition is an add-on intended to expand Eagle Fire’s presence and service capabilities across North Carolina and South Carolina as part of Rosewood’s strategy to build a premier fire and life safety platform in the Southeast.
