ECI Software Solutions has acquired two residential construction software business units — BuilderMT and Sales Simplicity — from MiTek. The product-line acquisition (terms not disclosed) expands ECI's residential construction software portfolio and brings new customers to its MarkSystems home-builder ERP offering.
