Edcetera Acquires PrepFE

Edcetera, an Eden Capital-backed provider of continuing education and licensing programs, has acquired PrepFE, an online exam-prep platform for the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. The deal expands Edcetera's engineering education offerings and positions the company to invest in product innovation and new licensure-focused programming.
