Edlio Acquires eChalk

Edlio acquired eChalk, a New York–based provider of K‑12 accessible school websites and communication tools, combining two established K‑12 website and communications platforms. The deal expands Edlio’s product portfolio and customer reach in the K‑12 market and will continue support and enhancements for eChalk customers.
