The sale delivered a 3.4x money multiple and a 40% IRR for Bridges Evergreen; AgilityEco provides whole-house energy-efficiency solutions, has grown to turnover well over £100m and worked with 36,000 households in 2022/23.

Apax Acquires Significant Stake in Efficy Group

Apax has acquired a significant stake in Efficy Group, a Brussels-based SaaS CRM vendor, investing alongside Efficy founders and existing investor Fortino Capital to support the company's organic growth and buy-and-build strategy across Europe. The investment will help Efficy accelerate acquisitions and expand its footprint as it pursues its strategic plan to scale market share in the independent European CRM market.

WestBridge and Eque2 Management Acquire Eque2 from LDC for £46.5m

WestBridge has backed Eque2’s senior management team in a £46.5m management buyout that provides an exit for LDC and other institutional shareholders. Funds managed by WestBridge invested approximately £29m for a c.75% stake; management (led by CEO Justin Moule and COO Peter Davidson) will continue to run and grow the UK-based construction software business serving over 2,700 customers.

Livingbridge Invests in Visualsoft

Bridges Evergreen Acquires Minority Stake in AgilityEco

Bridges Evergreen Holdings (Evergreen), a long‑term capital vehicle managed by Bridges Fund Management, has taken a significant minority stake in AgilityEco Services Ltd to support the company's growth and scale its fuel‑poverty and energy‑efficiency programmes across the U.K. The investment will see Evergreen partners join AgilityEco's board and support the co‑founders' plan to expand delivery of retrofit and community energy‑advice services to more vulnerable households.
