EFO Ventures Acquires Frog Mobility

EFO Ventures has acquired the assets of shared-mobility provider Frog Mobility to combine Frog’s turnkey micro-mobility platform with EFOV’s operational and investment resources. The deal positions EFOV to scale Frog’s electric scooter, seated scooter and e-bike offerings across the US and Europe while adding technology partnerships to improve operations and unit economics.
