Egis Acquires McIntosh Perry (and Beam, Longest & Neff) to Establish North American Platform

Egis has entered into an agreement to acquire McIntosh Perry, a Toronto-based engineering consulting firm, along with its U.S. affiliate Beam, Longest & Neff (BLN). The deal establishes McIntosh Perry as Egis' North American platform—adding roughly 800 engineers, project managers and technicians across 21 offices—and advances Egis' strategic expansion into North America.
