Eir Partners completed a growth recapitalization of ClaimLogiq, a Charleston-based healthcare SaaS platform that provides payment integrity and pre-payment solutions to health plans. Eir intends to use ClaimLogiq as a platform investment to accelerate product development, automation and synergistic acquisitions (including Medliminal and SyTrue) to broaden capabilities and drive savings for payer customers.
