Elysian Capital-backed Cross Rental Services Acquires All Seasons Hire from HSS Hire Group

Cross Rental Services, a portfolio business of Elysian Capital, has acquired All Seasons Hire Limited from HSS Hire Group plc. The deal brings All Seasons' specialist HVAC rental fleet and team into Cross, strengthening the combined group's position as a leading HVAC/R rental provider across the UK and Ireland and includes a long-term commercial supply agreement with HSS.
