Embrace Software Inc. has acquired XAP Corporation, a longtime provider of career and college planning software (Choices360) used by K–12 districts and state education agencies. The deal expands Embrace's education-technology portfolio and will keep XAP's leadership in place while leveraging Embrace's capital and operational resources to accelerate growth.
