Emburse Acquires Roadmap

Emburse, a provider of expense and accounts-payable automation solutions, acquired Dutch mobile travel technology firm Roadmap to strengthen its mobile traveler experience and travel-management capabilities. The acquisition integrates Roadmap’s configurable, branded mobile travel platform into Emburse’s suite to improve traveler UX, policy compliance and travel data insights; terms were not disclosed.
