Emerald Holding, Inc. (NYSE: EEX) has acquired 100% of Generis Group, a Toronto-based organizer of executive-level B2B summits. The purchase adds Generis’s one-to-one matchmaking summit format and expands Emerald’s executive-summit portfolio across the U.S. and Europe to drive greater high-value networking and sponsor-led lead generation.
