EMK Capital has acquired a majority stake in Pinerock Group, a Swedish renovation, maintenance and improvement (RMI) building services group. EMK said the investment will strengthen Pinerock's market position and geographic coverage in Sweden and internationally via an organic and acquisition-driven growth strategy.
