Emmes, a Behrman Capital portfolio company, has acquired Institut Dr. Schauerte (IDS), a Munich- and Cottbus-based clinical research organization specializing in late-phase, non-interventional and post-market studies. The add-on expands Emmes' European footprint and Real World Evidence capabilities; with IDS the Emmes organization surpasses 1,200 employees.
