Empower Physical Therapy acquired ProActive Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, adding six San Diego–area clinics to its network. Founders Jack Pentlarge and Amyn Valji will remain with the business as Regional Directors of Operations, and the acquisition brings Empower to 43 clinics across Arizona, California, Louisiana and Texas.
