Limerston Capital portfolio company Empowering People Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Mentor Advisory Services Ltd from NatWest Group. The acquisition will add Mentor’s Employment Law, HR, health and safety, environmental and digital compliance capabilities to Empowering People’s buy-and-build platform and is expected to complete in Q3 2026.
