IT Service Alliance (ITSA), a majority employee- and management-owned outsourced IT manager, has acquired The Parsec Group, a provider of critical infrastructure and legacy operating-system managed services headquartered in Arvada, Colorado. Rejigg facilitated the introduction between the parties; the deal closed on August 30, 2024 and is intended to expand ITSA's U.S. footprint and service capabilities.

Parsec Capital Acquisitions Corp. to Combine with Enteractive Media Inc.

Parsec Capital Acquisitions Corp., a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company, executed a merger agreement with Calgary-based Enteractive Media Inc., a provider of gambling-themed broadcast and streaming content (including its PlayerVision subsidiary). The business combination is intended to take Enteractive public on Nasdaq, providing the company with access to capital to support growth and expansion, subject to customary approvals and closing conditions.

Paragon Group Acquires Parseq Limited

Modera Wealth Management Acquires Parsec Financial

The transaction was completed with backing from Modera's existing minority equity partner, TRIA Capital Partners; Parsec leadership will take senior roles within Modera.

QIAGEN to Acquire Parse Biosciences

QIAGEN entered into a definitive agreement to fully acquire Parse Biosciences, expanding its Sample technologies portfolio into the single-cell sequencing market. The deal is expected to close in late 2025/December 2025 for an upfront payment of approximately $225 million in cash, plus up to $55 million in milestone payments.
