Cognizant Acquires Lev

The acquisition expands Cognizant's Salesforce and Marketing Cloud capabilities to help clients deliver personalized, data-driven marketing experiences; the deal was announced March 23, 2020 and was expected to close in Q1 2020 (terms not disclosed).
