Enact Fund (Endless) Acquires GEO Specialty Chemicals UK and Waddington Europe

The Enact Fund, managed by private equity firm Endless, has completed two acquisitions: GEO Specialty Chemicals UK Ltd from CPS Performance Materials Group and Par-Pak Europe Ltd / Holfeld Plastics Ltd (trading as Waddington Europe) from Novolex. The transactions are corporate carveouts that give Enact capital and strategic support to invest in operations and accelerate growth across specialty chemicals and sustainable packaging businesses.

LDC Backs Bespoke Kitchen Foods with Growth Investment

LDC, the UK mid-market private equity firm, has made an investment in Bespoke Kitchen Foods to support the company's organic and acquisitive growth plans. Bespoke, a Coalville-based manufacturer of vegetarian and vegan products for pubs, restaurants and foodservice wholesalers, will use the capital to expand capacity and enter new segments including high-street casual dining.

Endless LLP Acquires Enablelink

Endless LLP has acquired Enablelink, a UK metal recycling business based in the Birmingham area (Tipton). The deal transfers ownership as founder Roy Millard retires and Operations Director Josh Long becomes Managing Director; Endless will provide capital to support further organic growth and acquisitions for the business, which processes over 300,000 tonnes per year and has turnover of around £110m.

Endless LLP Acquires ASCO Group

ASCO, headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland, is a global provider of multi-site integrated supply base operations and offshore logistics to the energy sector and employs roughly 1,500 people across 60 locations; Endless plans to support ASCO's growth into renewables and new energy markets.

Endless Acquires Hovis

Endless has acquired Hovis, the 134-year-old UK bakery brand, in a deal funded from Endless Fund IV for an undisclosed price. Hovis — headquartered in High Wycombe and employing about 2,700 people across eight bakery sites and a flour mill — will receive further investment to upgrade infrastructure, grow its branded range and capture additional share of the UK bakery market.

CBD Unlimited Acquires Kush, Inc.

(formerly Endexx Corporation) has acquired New York-based branding and development firm Kush, Inc., adding Kush's marketing, branding and Kushwear apparel capabilities to its product pipeline. The acquisition brings Kush founder Charlie Mohr into CBD Unlimited full-time and is intended to expand CBD Unlimited's marketing, sustainable apparel and product development capabilities as the company pursues new markets.
