Energy Exploration Technologies (EnergyX) to Acquire Daytona Lithium from Pantera Lithium

Energy Exploration Technologies, Inc. (EnergyX) entered into a binding conditional agreement to acquire Daytona Lithium Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pantera Lithium Limited, for A$40 million. The deal covers approximately 35,000 gross acres of Smackover lithium brine resources in Arkansas and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to diligence and Pantera shareholder approval.
