EnergyMark, LLC of Williamsville, New York has acquired the assets of Crown Energy Services, Inc. of West Seneca, New York, including Crown's New York customer book, energy storage and transportation capacity, and production from local natural gas producers. The deal expands EnergyMark's presence and supply capabilities in Western New York as the company continues to grow its renewable and natural gas sourcing and energy management offerings.
