Colliers Acquires Englobe Corporation

Colliers has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a significant controlling interest in Englobe Corporation for approximately US$475 million, marking Colliers' entry into the Canadian engineering services market. Englobe — headquartered in Laval, Quebec with about 2,800 employees and roughly US$340 million of 2023 revenue — will be integrated into Colliers while Englobe's material management and beneficial reuse (MMBR) operations in Canada, the UK and France are excluded and are being sold separately; ONCAP (Onex) is the selling shareholder.

AAR CORP. Acquires Aerostrat

AAR CORP. has acquired Seattle-based Aerostrat, a long-range aviation maintenance planning software provider, for $15 million plus contingent consideration of up to $5 million. The deal brings Aerostrat's Aerros product into AAR's Trax suite to expand Trax's ERP and long-range planning capabilities and continue to offer Aerros as a standalone solution to airlines, MROs, and cargo operators.

JANUS Research Group Acquires Atmospheric and Environmental Research (AER) from Verisk

Davidson for Verisk) brings AER's remote-sensing, climate, oceanography and space-weather capabilities into JANUS to broaden mission-focused science, analytics and AI/ML offerings for federal, defense and commercial customers.

Englobe (Colliers) Acquires Tetranex Solutions Inc

Englobe Corporation, Colliers’ Canadian engineering platform, has acquired Tetranex Solutions Inc., a Western Canadian multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm based in Alberta. The deal adds about 200 professionals and expands Englobe’s capabilities in electrical, instrumentation and controls, automation, and process engineering for energy, agrifood and industrial projects. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Enercon Services Acquires Ardent Environmental Group
