Enservco Acquires Buckshot Trucking and Completes Share Exchange With Star Equity Holdings

Enservco Corporation (NYSE American: ENSV) closed its acquisition of Buckshot Trucking LLC for $5.0 million in a mix of cash, common stock, promissory notes and escrowed funds, and executed a share exchange with Star Equity Holdings, Inc. that included a $2.5 million equity exchange and a $1.0 million promissory note. The transactions expand Enservco’s energy logistics capabilities, diversify its services into hot‑shot trucking and freight for the oil & gas sector, and help strengthen the company’s financial position as it seeks to regain NYSE American listing compliance.
