Cooper Logistics Inc., a regional freight brokerage based in Oakwood, Georgia, effective May 1, 2022. The acquisition expands EPES's regional footprint around Atlanta, adds brokerage and truckload expertise, and provides A. Cooper’s customers access to EPES’s broader services and cross-border capacity.
