Epicor Software Corporation acquired KBMax, a Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and product-visualization software provider, on May 27, 2021. The deal brings KBMax’s cloud-first CPQ and 3D/AR visualization capabilities into Epicor’s ERP suite to improve sales-to-order workflows, enable new cross-sell opportunities, and support international growth in manufacturing and distribution end markets.
