Epiq has acquired First Watch Data Breach Solutions, LLC from First Watch Technologies to expand its cyber incident response and notification capabilities. The acquisition brings roughly 100 First Watch Data Breach Solutions employees into Epiq and broadens Epiq’s breach response, credit monitoring, call center, and notification services across North America, UK/EMEA, Australia and APAC.
