EQT Active Core Infrastructure I to acquire A-Train AB (Arlanda Express)

EQT Active Core Infrastructure I has agreed to acquire 100% of A-Train AB, the operator of Arlanda Express, the high-speed passenger rail service between Stockholm Central Station and Arlanda Airport. EQT plans to enhance customer experience and operations, including introducing a new train fleet and more flexible pricing, and the deal is subject to regulatory approvals and approval from Arlandabanan Infrastructure AB.
