Avetta, a Utah-based supply chain risk management software provider, has agreed to acquire Pegasus, a Newcastle, Australia-based worker competency management software company. The deal combines Avetta's global supplier risk platform with Pegasus's workforce competency and learning management capabilities and establishes Pegasus as Avetta's base of operations in Australia.

EQT Private Equity Acquires Majority Stake in AMCS

EQT Private Equity, through EQT X and EQT Future, will acquire a majority stake in AMCS, a cloud-based and AI-enabled performance and sustainability software provider for resource-intensive industries. Existing majority investor Insight Partners and other investors including Clearlake Capital, Highland Europe, and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund are expected to retain minority stakes.

RESA Power Acquires AVATT, Inc.
