In connection with the closing on October 2, 2024, Perficient’s shares stopped trading on Nasdaq and the company became privately held.

EQT to Acquire Indostar Home Finance and Invest INR 5 Billion for Growth

EQT Funds Acquire IFS with TA Associates as Minority Partner

EQT Infrastructure (EQT Infrastructure IV) agreed to acquire inexio Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KGaA from Warburg Pincus, Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, the founders and several minority investors. The investment will support inexio's large-scale FTTH rollout and expansion of its fiber-optic network across rural and suburban Germany, with a stated commitment to connect 2 million households by 2030.
